Data Crow in the Apple App Store

As promised, I have also released the new Data Crow Reader app for iOS (see download section for Android). It took a bit of going back and forth (which basically meant I needed to fix a few minor things), but, here we are! Data Crow Reader is in the App Store;

It’s free, as always. Just to reiterate, the app allows you to:

  • Synchronise your complete collection with the app.
  • It will take all your modules, holding items, including customisations. That also means that both standard and custom modules are supported. Custom fields and changed labels are respected by the app.
  • It will hold all your data (pictures are limited to 3 in total per item and attachment are not supported).
  • Initially you perform a full synchronisation. Thereafter you can perform (quick) delta syncs to update the items in the app with new information.
  • You can then search, sort and navigate through your items.

Note that it is, as the name suggests, a read-only app; you cannot manually edit or create items within the app, nor in the foreseeable future.
